ITIL® Foundation :

ITIL® Intermediate has two main modules: Service Lifecycle modules (consisting 5 modules) and Service Capability (consisting 4 modules). Each Service Lifecycle module carries 3 credits per module & each Service capability module carries 4 credits per module.

Candidates can earn any number of credits here. But if the candidate wants to write the next level of ITIL® Expert exam, he or she needs to gain minimum 15 credits from the Intermediate stream. Click here for more on Intermediate

ITIL® Expert :

Expert is a single exam to be cleared, after Intermediate modules, to gain ITIL® Master. It carries 5 credits. There is NO other exam for ITIL® Master. Once you clear ITIL® Expert, you gain ITIL® Master. Click here for more on Expert

ITIL® Master ::

There is no ITIL® Master Exam. Only ITIL® Expert gives you ITIL® Master.
