Service Lifecycle has mainly 5 modules that are popular known as
ITIL® Service Lifecycle has modules which enhance your career as a manager/team leader in your company. If you are looking forward to implement best ITIL® practices, work across teams and manage multiple capability areas, then it is mandatory that you pursue training in these modules.
Candidates have an option to choose modules from either the Capability or Lifecycle stages depending on their career requirements.
