Is it important to attend ISMS foundation training / ISO/IEC 27001 foundation training?

A candidate after the Foundation certification can go for either lead implementer or lead auditor course as per his requirement. In Lead auditor course any certificate related to ISMS is mandatory to demonstrate a candidate’s knowledge in ISMS, hence the foundation certificate is highly recommended.

For Lead Implementer or internal auditor if a candidate is not having the basic knowledge then he can face the problem in covering the course, hence again the foundation certificate is highly recommended.
